Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine where special suction cups are placed over areas of the skin to reduce inflammation and melt away knots tangled in the muscles. It also helps reduce pain, anxiety, and fatigue, increases blood flow, and promotes relaxation. Cupping is typically incorporated with a deep tissue or Swedish massage.
